One more K Shakeout Run

Get in the zone before race day with the One more K crew!

Join us for an easy, feel-good shakeout run around Parco Sempione (circa 5K), designed to wake up the legs, clear the mind, and build that pre-race excitement. We’ll keep the pace relaxed, the vibes high, and the music flowing.

After the run, we’ll move into a short mobility session to loosen up, reset, and get your body ready to perform at its best on Sunday.

We’ll be running alongside our friends from Urban Runners, bringing together an amazing community and creating the perfect pre-race atmosphere.

Our basecamp for the day will be the Why-Run store, where you can drop your bag, hang out before and after the run, and soak in the energy with the crew.
